An Operating System Using a Web Browser

What…? Why would I use an operating system on a web browser when I already have one on my PC or laptop? I know I thought about this question too when I knew about some of the online Operating system projects. But the biggest advantage of this is when you’re traveling without your Laptop and you need to access your files just like you access your desktop on your PC. You’ll have a log-in name & password to access your online desktop that includes all the application that you need and you can do almost everything that you need to do as if you have your laptop with you.
some of the tools you’ll have under your finger tips are file management to upload, download, compress, view, zip, unzip files, office software, spread sheets, Word Processor, Presentation, Calendar, Contact Manager, Email software, IM messaging, RSS reader and lots of more tools that you’ve on your PC. This is not a tool to run on top of your own operating system or an extra software. If you think about it you can actually do some cool stuff with it like having it on a company network or family network and share projects and fun application with each other, this is the whole point is sharing and providing your information and application whenever you go even far away from your home or office.
