One of the things I love about Internet is the research that anyone can do to find out about a company or a business before dealing or conducting business with. What do you think of a website that let consumers submit a complaint and rate a company or business based on their customer service and how they treat their customers.

Let’s say you’re hesitant to use a specific insurance company so all you need to do is to type their name and see how many bad experience (or good experience) other clients had. And based on that information you can judge how the company will treat  you if you had a similar situation. Also if you’ve been treated unfairly you can write a review to help other consumers too.  This is the type of tools that make the Internet a great research place…
